Channeling — receiving information from non-human intelligence through altered consciousness — is the OLDEST documented human activity, practiced in 90% of 488 societies surveyed worldwide. The TERMINOLOGY changed across eras while the MECHANISM remained identical: suppress beta (analytical mind), enter theta/trance (network access), receive signal, deliver information the operator did not have.
