Craft Taxonomy — The Engineering Behind the Morphology
Seven distinct craft morphological categories mapped to specific engineering functions within the planetary network framework. Every shape is a function. CATEGORY 1 — TIC TAC (Capsule): Pressure-optimized transmedium probe. Capsule shape = maximum internal volume for minimum surface area under uniform external pressure, identical to submarine hulls and hyperbaric chambers. Hull IS the propulsion system — no separate engine because the entire structure generates the field, matching metamaterial research (Cases 10, 47). Key encounters: 2004 USS Nimitz (descended from 80,000+ feet to sea level in seconds, jammed AN/APG-73 radar, appeared at classified CAP point), 2014-2015 USS Roosevelt (daily sightings for months, stationary in hurricane-force winds). Function: active reconnaissance / transmedium probe. CATEGORY 2 — METALLIC SPHERE: Perfect EM geometry for autonomous sensing. Lowest surface-area-to-volume ratio of any shape, creates perfectly uniform field distribution, omnidirectional sensor reception with no blind spots. A conducting sphere self-shields (Faraday effect) while generating its own external field. Key encounters: 2023 MQ-9 Reaper drone footage (Pentagon confirmed unresolved), WWII foo fighters (tracked bomber formations, never hostile, never interceptable), Iraq/Afghanistan theater (near active combat). Sean Kirkpatrick (AARO) confirmed metallic orbs as most frequently reported morphology. Buga Sphere (Cases 86-93) is a handheld version of this geometry. Function: autonomous sensor / field monitor / data collection. CATEGORY 3 — LUMINOUS ORB (Glowing/Plasma): CRITICAL DISTINCTION — not always craft. Often the network itself becoming visible. Self-luminous plasma phenomena with undefined edges, variable size, splitting/merging behavior. Persistent at specific geological locations for decades/centuries: Hessdalen Lights (copper-zinc deposits, 40+ years scientific study), Marfa Lights (100+ years, pre-automobile reports), Skinwalker Ranch, Yakima Reservation. All locations have piezoelectric geology + tectonic stress. Spectral signatures match local minerals = rock being ionized by energy output. These are NETWORK DISCHARGE POINTS — visible plasma discharge where the planetary piezoelectric network releases energy into the atmosphere. Some may be engineered plasma containment probes, but the geological-correlation subset is the network itself. Function: network discharge (natural) or plasma probe (engineered). CATEGORY 4 — TRIANGLE/BOOMERANG: Large-scale antenna platform. Triangle = most structurally stable polygon. Three-element phased array can steer beams across 360 degrees. Massive size (300 feet to 1+ mile) is functional — antenna aperture scales with wavelength, and a 1-mile triangular antenna could operate at Schumann resonance frequencies. Slow speed at low altitude = synthetic aperture scanning. Key encounters: Belgian Wave 1989-90 (F-16 intercepts, 40g+ acceleration, Air Force press conference), Phoenix Lights 1997 (1+ mile wide, traversed Arizona at walking speed over the classified triangle), Hudson Valley 1982-86, Rendlesham Forest 1980. Frequently near nuclear facilities and military bases. Most likely category to include human reverse-engineered craft (TR-3B). Function: large-scale network antenna / area scanner. CATEGORY 5 — DISC (Classic Saucer): Gyroscope geometry = field generator. Spinning conductive disc generates magnetic field perpendicular to rotation plane (Faraday disc / homopolar generator, demonstrated 1831). Rim glow = highest tangential velocity = maximum field intensity = air ionization. EM interference with vehicles (Levelland TX 1957) = rotating field inducing currents in nearby conductors. Lazar description: gravity amplifiers in triangular arrangement on disc bottom = disc provides field generation, triangle provides directional control. The two most common geometries are complementary systems. Key encounters: Kenneth Arnold 1947, Roswell 1947, Colares Brazil 1977, Lazar testimony. Oldest and most frequently reported category. Function: field generator / fundamental EM drive geometry. CATEGORY 6 — CYLINDER (Cigar/Carrier): Optimal pressure vessel for length. Waveguide geometry channels EM energy along its length. Key behavioral distinction: deploys smaller craft (carrier function). Largest reported craft are almost exclusively cylindrical. Key encounters: Stephenville TX 2008, USS Omaha 2019, Malmstrom AFB nuclear incidents, ghost rockets Scandinavia 1946. Function: carrier platform / logistics / waveguide. CATEGORY 7 — MORPHING/AMORPHOUS: Changes shape during observation, phase-shifts between solid and translucent states. Two hypotheses: (1) programmable metamaterial hull that reconfigures structure dynamically, (2) visible manifestation of field boundary (Alcubierre metric) rather than solid object. Skinwalker Ranch concentration suggests direct network interface phenomena. Function: unknown — either advanced metamaterial, field boundary, or network interface event. UNIFIED TAXONOMY: Sensors (spheres) collect data, probes (tic tacs) investigate actively, generators (discs) provide field propulsion, platforms (triangles) scan large areas, carriers (cylinders) deploy and stage, the network itself (orbs) discharges energy, the most advanced (morphing) transcend fixed geometry. This maps exactly to human military doctrine (sensors, scouts, fighters, surveillance, carriers) — suggesting either convergent engineering or inherited doctrine. Through the Substrate: each shape is an engineering solution to a specific network-layer problem.
