Plasma and the Network — The Fourth State of Matter as the Fifth Layer

Plasma is the FIFTH NETWORK LAYER connecting the other four. The ionosphere (plasma) forms the ceiling of the Schumann resonance cavity — without plasma, no Schumann resonance, no network clock.
