In 2023, Dr. Garry Nolan (Stanford immunologist) and Dr. Peter Skafish (Stanford anthropologist) founded the Sol Foundation — a think tank and academic organization dedicated to studying the implications of UAP and non-human intelligence on science, society, policy, and philosophy.
