Eric Davis
Physicist / Aerospace Consultant
Astrophysicist who served as a research physicist at the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) under Robert Bigelow, and later at the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin with Hal Puthoff. Authored or co-authored several of the 38 Defense Intelligence Reference Documents (DIRDs) for the AAWSAP/AATIP program, including papers on traversable wormholes and warp drive. In 2002, he met with Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson (former J-2/DIA Director) and took detailed notes of Wilson's account of being denied access to a UAP reverse-engineering program run by a defense contractor. These notes — the 'Wilson-Davis memo' — leaked in 2019 and became one of the most significant UAP documents in history. Davis has briefed congressional staff on UAP material recovery and has stated under background that the US possesses 'off-world vehicles not made on this earth.' One of the most credentialed scientists actively working at the intersection of theoretical physics and UAP reverse-engineering claims.
