Ingo Swann

Remote Viewer / Psychic Researcher

Consciousness / PsiScientific ResearchMilitary & Intel

The most accomplished remote viewer in the CIA's Stargate program and arguably in history. Under controlled laboratory conditions at Stanford Research Institute, Swann demonstrated the ability to perceive distant locations, affect shielded quantum instruments, and accurately describe the internal structure of devices he couldn't see. In a now-declassified operation, Swann was tasked with remote viewing the Moon. He described artificial structures, machinery, humanoid beings, and what appeared to be mining or construction activity on the far side — descriptions that align with the Apollo 20 claims and with anomalies photographed by NASA lunar orbiters. He also remote viewed Jupiter before the Pioneer 10 flyby and accurately described rings around the planet — confirmed by Voyager 1 four years later when science said Jupiter couldn't have rings. Swann's book 'Penetration: The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy' describes being recruited by a mysterious government figure to remote view ET activity on the Moon and having a direct physical encounter with a non-human being in a Los Angeles grocery store. He co-developed the Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) protocol that became the standard for military remote viewing. Died February 1, 2013.
