Philip Schneider

Geologist and structural engineer who claimed to have worked on deep underground military bases for the US government. Described a 1979 firefight with grey aliens at Dulce, New Mexico, during a drilling operation that broke into an existing alien-occupied cavern. Lost fingers in the encounter — he displayed the scars publicly. Went on a public lecture tour in 1995-1996, describing underground bases, black budget programs, and government-ET collaboration. Found dead in his apartment on January 17, 1996, strangled with his own catheter tube. Ruled suicide despite the physical difficulty of self-strangulation with a catheter. Third person connected to Dulce claims to die under suspicious circumstances. His father, Oscar Schneider, was a German U-boat captain who allegedly worked on the Philadelphia Experiment.
