MILABS: Military Staged Abductions Program

According to Steven Greer, who has been briefed by insiders on these programs, a significant portion of reported 'alien abductions' are actually Military Abductions (MILABS) — covert operations using man-made anti-gravity craft built by Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman that look like UFOs, crewed by engineered beings that are either robotic or biological constructs. Greer describes this as 'stagecraft' — deliberate deceptive operations designed to make the public believe hostile aliens are abducting humans. Some of the creatures are hybrids created using captured alien DNA combined with human genetics (a program separately confirmed by Matt Gaetz after meeting with a military officer). The purpose is twofold: (1) create public fear of extraterrestrials to prevent peaceful contact, and (2) provide cover for the covert programs themselves. When people report being abducted by aliens, the easy conclusion is accepted and the man-made program remains hidden. Greer warns that people 'greatly underestimate how much technology we have over 80 years of studying this.'
