Tesla's Seized Research — The Grandfather of EM/UAP Science

Nikola Tesla may be the most important figure in understanding the electromagnetic dimension of the UAP phenomenon — not because he studied UFOs, but because he developed the theoretical and practical foundations for every technology the phenomenon appears to use. His seized papers, his suppressed inventions, and his documented claims form a direct line from 1899 to the Navy's Pais patents in 2019. WIRELESS ENERGY TRANSMISSION (1899-1901): At his Colorado Springs laboratory, Tesla demonstrated wireless transmission of electrical energy through the Earth's natural electromagnetic resonance. He generated artificial lightning bolts of 135 feet and lit 200 lamps 26 miles away without wires. His Wardenclyffe Tower project (1901-1905) was designed to transmit power globally using the Earth itself as a conductor. The project was defunded by J.P. Morgan when Morgan realized wireless power couldn't be metered — you can't charge for energy that flows freely through the planet. Tesla's wireless energy principles are directly relevant to UAP: objects that operate without visible fuel or exhaust may tap into ambient electromagnetic energy. EXTRATERRESTRIAL SIGNALS (1899): In his Colorado Springs lab, Tesla detected repetitive radio signals he believed came from another planet. He described them as 'counting' patterns — 1, 2, 3 — suggesting intelligent origin. He published this claim and maintained it for the rest of his life. Skeptics attributed the signals to natural radio emissions from Jupiter. But Tesla was arguably the greatest electrical engineer who ever lived. If he said the signals were artificial, his assessment carries weight. SCALAR WAVES AND LONGITUDINAL ELECTROMAGNETICS: Tesla described electromagnetic phenomena that don't appear in standard Maxwellian electromagnetics — specifically, longitudinal (scalar) waves that propagate through the medium itself rather than transversely through space. These theoretical waves would pass through shielding, propagate at superluminal speeds, and interact with matter differently than conventional EM. Tom Bearden and others have argued that scalar electromagnetics explains UAP propulsion, the Philadelphia Experiment, and Soviet psychotronic weapons research. Whether or not scalar waves exist as Tesla described them, his theoretical framework predicts capabilities that match UAP performance. THE SEIZED PAPERS: When Tesla died alone in the New Yorker Hotel on January 7, 1943, the Office of Alien Property (OAP) seized his papers — despite Tesla being a US citizen. The OAP was normally concerned with enemy alien property during wartime. The FBI was involved. Dr. John G. Trump — MIT professor and uncle of Donald Trump — was brought in to evaluate the papers. Trump's official assessment: nothing of significant value. But the seizure itself was irregular, and researchers have documented that not all papers were returned to Tesla's estate. The question is what was in the unreturned papers. Tesla had spent his final decades working on particle beam weapons ('death ray'), wireless energy, and theories he described as his most important work. THE TESLA-TO-UAP PIPELINE: Tesla demonstrated wireless energy (UAP operate without fuel). Tesla described scalar EM (UAP defy conventional physics). Tesla detected what he believed were ET signals (UAP exist). Tesla's papers were seized by military-adjacent agencies (information suppression). The Navy's Pais patents (2016-2019) describe inertial mass reduction through electromagnetic field manipulation — principles Tesla explored over a century earlier. The line from Tesla's lab to classified aerospace programs runs through 120 years of suppressed electromagnetic research.
